Job Title: Research Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality research projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing actionable insights to inform their business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research Skills Development:
    • Develop and implement effective research methodologies to meet client objectives;
    • Draft and finalize research proposals and reports;
    • Conduct fieldwork and gather data through questionnaires, interviews, and other methods;
  • Field Work Material Preparation:
    • Prepare robust and error-free materials for fieldwork, including briefing notes, budgets, and showcards;
  • Questionnaire Preparation:
    • Design and develop high-quality questionnaires to ensure accurate data collection;
    • Digitalize questionnaires with the scripting team;
  • Project Management:
    • Understand project timelines and deadlines, and work closely with project managers to ensure delivery;
    • Coordinate with field teams and debrief interviewers and POG teams on study and questionnaire results;
    • Finalize estimates, costing, and budgeting for projects;
    • Launch projects online in necessary software;
    • Prepare analysis plans for simple projects, analyzing data and preparing basic code lists as guided by supervisors;
    • Assist seniors in preparing first-cut presentations;
    • Raise timely invoices and submit to finance department;
  • Client Management Client Servicing:
    • Manage clients independently for routine matters and address their queries on ongoing projects;
    • Attend client meetings, making notes and preparing minutes of the meeting;
    • Provide error-free insights and deliverables to clients;
    • Learn and develop awareness on category, brands, or industry on the project working on;
    • Generate client satisfaction scores and testimonials;
  • Time Management:
    • Follow up with relevant support teams adhering to timelines;
    • Timely submission of client deliverables;
    • Manage and multitask project activities;
  • Collaboration:
    • Work independently with minimal supervision, inter and intra teams;
  • New Initiative & New Skills Development:
    • Upgrade skills towards professional and organizational growth;
    • Stay updated on client businesses and categories;
