Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to lead our Business Development Representative (BDR) team. This role involves overseeing the growth and optimization of our outbound cold-calling efforts, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for our Account Executives.
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results through data-driven insights.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of BDRs, providing coaching, support, and guidance to help them achieve their targets.
- Develop and refine our prospecting playbook, including outreach strategies, messaging, cold call scripts, and flows.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to optimize our sales processes.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year of team management experience.
- Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and messages.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Outreach.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
