Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Product Manager to lead the development of our customer experience platform.

You will be responsible for driving the growth, retention, and satisfaction of customers, as well as the positive impact on our overall business.

Your goal will be to establish HCL Software as a top ISV brand for customer experience platforms by engaging with customers, partners, analysts, industry experts, and other influencers in the CX platform markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the customer experience platform.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that the right features get built in a timely manner with excellent product quality, ease of upgrading and adoption, and delight.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create an impactful market message, rationalize pricing and packaging, and work with influencers to get favorable mentions.
  • Enable product specialists, CSMs, and client directors to win on both renewals and net new deals by providing technical product knowledge and competitive insight.
  • Identify and rank critical backlog, product, and technical debt issues in Jira.
  • Establish Aha within the existing community as the designation for ideation and run a design partnership with key customers and partners.
Requirements
  • Proven background and in-depth product and technical knowledge of similar customer experience platforms.
  • Knowledge of using Aha or similar product management tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Product management experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with sales and development teams is essential.
  • Understanding and/or demonstrated experience of how to infuse AI/ML into a marketing product in a meaningful way.
