Job Title: Strategic Product Manager

This is a pivotal leadership role in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning departmental goals with the company's overall vision, overseeing cross-functional teams, and managing high-impact projects to enhance customer experience, regulatory compliance, and profitability.

  • Critical Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis & Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing products.
  • Product Design & Pricing Strategy: Develop product designs and pricing strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Internal Approvals & Governance: Obtain necessary approvals from internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and governance.
  • Regulatory Filing – IRDAI Coordination: Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Pre-Launch Preparation & Testing: Plan and execute pre-launch activities, including testing and quality assurance.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to launch new products.
  • Product Launch & Monitoring: Oversee the launch of new products and monitor their performance.
  • Regulatory & Risk Management Post-Launch: Manage regulatory and risk-related activities post-launch.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on product performance and progress.
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and manage cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders to drive business growth.
