Job Description

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive customer satisfaction.

You will be the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and will work to resolve these issues in a timely and efficient manner.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve customer support and reduce issue resolution time.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Linux (various distributions) and Windows Server environments.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Networking, Security, and Certificate Management platforms.
  • Strong background in managing, deploying, and applying hotfixes/patches for applications and web services.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).
  • Practical knowledge of shell scripting or Python for automation and troubleshooting
  • Experience in Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for effective customer and stakeholder interaction.
