Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Owner - Security Officer to strengthen our security posture and ensure compliance with global standards. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional efforts, drive security improvements, and serve as a key liaison with clients regarding our security protocols.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing security programs aligned with global standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams. They will be responsible for leading the development and execution of security controls, procedures, and protocols, ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations, and maintaining clear and comprehensive records of security activities and improvement initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Program Implementation: Develop and execute security controls, procedures, and protocols.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations.
  • Internal Auditing & Follow-Up: Conduct internal reviews of security practices and identify gaps or vulnerabilities.
  • Policy & Procedure Management: Review, update, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with prospective and current clients to explain security protocols and address concerns.
  • Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate threats.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and comprehensive records of security activities and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in information security, compliance, or risk management.
  • Expertise: Strong background in implementing and managing security programs aligned with global standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
