We are looking for an ambitious growth professional to join our engine that drives user and revenue growth.

The successful candidate will get to experiment across paid, organic, product, partnerships, and beyond, and will learn how to find what works, double down, and scale.

  • Analyse data to figure out what's working (and what's not), then optimize
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve funnels and conversions
About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Running experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Helping manage campaigns across paid ads, social, email, SEO, content, and referrals
Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 0–5 years of experience (internships/projects count—mind mindset matters more than CV)
  • You're curious, hands-on, and love learning by doing
  • Comfortable with numbers and testing hypotheses (basic Excel/Sheets, GA, or similar)
  • Able to work scrappily—whether it's writing copy, designing a landing page, or cold-DMing a potential partner
