Cloud-Based Development Lead

Job Title
This role involves leading and executing enterprise-grade development and release execution across a cloud-based platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience in Guidewire BillingCenter development and configuration, and the ability to mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute monthly merges from InsuranceSuite 10 into cloud environments.
- Develop and enhance key BillingCenter modules, including invoice generation, payments, delinquency processing, and workflow orchestration.
- Build reusable, scalable configuration artifacts and custom code.
- Resolve configuration and application-level merge conflicts, ensure alignment with release targets.
- Participate in end-to-end CI/CD processes, including test creation and build reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure build quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Guidewire BillingCenter development and configuration.
- Proven hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud implementation or migration.
- Expertise in Gosu, Product Model, Billing instructions, UI/page config, plugins, and workflows.
- Experience resolving issues and working in Agile delivery environments.
