We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful contribution to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on cloud-based technologies and container platforms. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud migration is highly desirable.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and is able to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and will be able to lead resolution of issues with interfacing systems built on different technologies.

The role will involve designing, developing, and implementing cloud-native applications, features, and enhancements, as well as ensuring that the Delta methodology, standards, and procedures are adopted and implemented. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for providing efficient solutions and deliverables to shorten the project life cycle, where applicable, and owning the quality of the product delivered by engaging closely in testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement & support code for break-fix, maintenance, and enhancements, and integrating container platforms with automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Design and develop cloud-native applications, features, and enhancements with an emphasis on clean, highly efficient, supportable, and well-documented code for the full technology stack
  • Ensure that the Delta methodology, standards, and procedures are adopted and implemented
  • Provide efficient solutions and deliverables to shorten the project life cycle, where applicable
  • Owning the quality of the product delivered by engaging closely in testing activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 4+ years of Software Development experience in a business environment
  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer
  • Experience with C# / ASP.Net along with working exposure with Java is mandatory
  • Experience with Angular.js along with strong cloud exposure is mandatory
  • Preferred cloud is AWS along with work experience with the advanced tools of AWS
  • Experience with the ASP.NET framework 4.8 and above
  • Extensive coding in C#
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a time sensitive and team environment with minimal direction, be results oriented and capable of meeting deadlines with attention to detail and follow through
  • Strong technical and non-technical communication skills

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge:

  • Proficient with front-end development languages including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
  • Proficient in RESTful APIs and microservices with Swagger, JSON, POSTMAN
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipeline and Build tools (GIT, Jenkins, Maven or Gradle)
  • Experience in Cloud Technologies (preferably AWS) and application migration to cloud
  • Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA) Cluster, Compute pool, Compute node, Namespace, Pod, App, Service, and ROSA deployment
  • Experience working with various AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3 bucket, AWS code pipeline, CloudFormation, Auto Scaling, VPC, Route 53, ELB, etc.
  • Understanding of OpenShift Orchestration, Docker, Containerization, Kubernetes container platform
  • Basic understanding of Architecture relative to RedHat OpenShift Service on AWS (ROSA) fundamentals
  • Experience with automation and test tools (Postman, Mockito, SonarQube)
  • Experience with test driven development
  • AWS Certified Developer Associate
