Senior Cloud Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Developer to join our organization in a prominent technology hub. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud-based software development and be able to work on large-scale, highly distributed systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, secure microservices-based components deployed on the cloud using SAP Cloud Platform.
  • Focus on ensuring high-quality software with security, reliability, scalability, supportability, performance, and health check monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across functions and other development teams to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide them in their professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software development, specifically in enterprise application suites.
  • Excellent programming skills, advanced knowledge of Java backend development, and expertise in web services (REST, oData), JPA, JDBC, Spring, Spring-Boot, REST, ORM frameworks like Hibernate, OOAD, algorithms, data structures, design patterns, RDBMS concepts, and SQL.
  • A DevOps mindset with a strong sense of ownership throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
