Senior Accountant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase and Sales Bills: Prepare and verify Purchase & Sales Bills, ensuring accuracy with POs, invoices, and supplementary bills.
  • Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, prepare vouchers, and record daily transactions in accounting books or ERP systems.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for payments via NEFT/RTGS and handle LC documentation.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Salaries and Wages: Compute salaries and wages, maintain Salary and Attendance Registers, and prepare monthly stock statements for banks (Cash Credit facility).
  • Account Finalization: Assist in finalizing accounts, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
  • Official Communications: Draft official letters related to accounts and statutory matters.
  • MIS Reports: Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports.
