This position is responsible for coordinating with dealers, vendors, and the sales team to meet operational requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage subscriptions, renewals, and new acquisitions to ensure timely order processing in the CRM system.">
  • Handle complaints and resolutions efficiently.">
  • Oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials and other related items.">
  • Monitor backend team productivity, salary processing, and invoice management.">
  • Implement orders according to guidelines.">
  • Maintain accurate MIS tracking and prepare timely reports for management.">
  • Support other operational functions as required by the sales team.">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, sales, or a related field.">
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales processes operations or similar roles.">
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).">
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce is an added advantage.">
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills are essential.">
