Job Title: Performance Test Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance test cases using JMeter, as well as performing load, stress, and endurance testing.
- Design and execute performance test plans using JMeter.
- Conduct load, stress, and endurance testing to identify and report performance issues and bottlenecks.
- Analyze test results and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to fix issues and implement improvements.
- Use monitoring tools to track system performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing or related field.
- Strong skills in JMeter scripting and execution, including a deep understanding of performance testing principles.
- Knowledge of different performance testing types, including load, stress, and endurance testing.
- Basic knowledge of API testing and web technologies, including RESTful APIs and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- (Optional) Experience with CI/CD tools or cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
