Quality Assurance Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Professional to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement safety guidelines and adhere to them strictly.
  • Elevate safety issues to relevant authorities promptly.
  • Conduct packing material inspections, supplier visits, audits, and training sessions.
  • Optimize packing material cleaning processes.
  • Analyze chemical inward samples.
  • Inspect repacked products and labels before dispatch.
  • Generate and issue test reports.
  • Manage customer rejections effectively.
  • Support customer complaints resolution within stipulated timeframes.
  • Assist sales and marketing teams with customer technical queries.
  • Coordinate liquidation of color/non-moving materials.
  • Train supervisors and contract workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and daily activities.
  • Verify labels and content for repacked products.
  • Submit regular reports to management (daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications may be advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi languages is essential.
