We are seeking an experienced Netsuite implementation and optimization professional to deliver end-to-end NetSuite solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead NetSuite implementation and optimization projects from start to finish.

  • Manage a team of functional consultants and analysts, providing coaching and oversight.

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Define and enforce NetSuite governance, including change management, release cycles, and system integrity.
  • Oversee solution architecture, system testing, data migration, and training.
  • Evaluate process improvements, automation, and system integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful NetSuite implementations and post-go-live support.
  • Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite modules, especially Financials, SCM, CRM, and Projects.
  • Strong understanding of business process design and cross-functional workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with SuiteSuccess methodology and industry verticals.
  • Working knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript (basic), and NetSuite integration tools.
  • PMP certification or experience managing agile ERP projects.
