A challenging and rewarding opportunity exists for a Lead Mechanical Systems Customer Support Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their aircraft systems are functioning optimally.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, reviewing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical design and informational support for production, product support, or in-service issues
  • Troubleshoot aircraft system problems consistent with operational protocols
  • Review various Boeing documentation to identify solutions for in-service concerns
  • Support and create basic technical documentation, such as service letters, drawings, specifications, documents, data sets, design folders, test requirements documents, manuals
  • Assist with the study and assessment of technology development by gathering data, supporting testing, and documenting findings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Interiors and Payload Systems
  • Experience with Boeing 7-series airplanes
  • Conversant with aircraft maintenance manuals, AMM and FIM, IPC, WDM, CMM, AHM, and service documentation
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
