Job Description:

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the design, development, and manufacturing support for mechanical systems and components. They will provide technical expertise, improve processes, and ensure high-quality, reliable designs that meet performance and safety standards.

This role involves providing engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and tolerance studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor and experience with mechanical analysis and simulation (FEA, thermal).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead mechanical design and development of parts, assemblies, and systems.
  • Conduct engineering analysis including stress, thermal, and tolerance studies.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, manufacturing, and quality engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare engineering documentation, specifications, and change orders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor.
  • Experience with mechanical analysis and simulation (FEA, thermal).
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
