Job Title: AI Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Specialist to design and implement cutting-edge NLP pipelines for classification, named entity recognition, summarization, sentiment analysis, and question-answering systems.

This role requires strong Python skills and experience with SpaCy, NLTK, and Hugging Face Transformers. The successful candidate will fine-tune and optimize open-source models, integrate LLM APIs into real-time applications, and collaborate on cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • NLP Pipeline Design: Develop and implement efficient NLP pipelines using SpaCy, NLTK, or custom tokenizers.
  • Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize open-source models using Hugging Face Transformers.
  • LLM Integration: Integrate large language model APIs into real-time applications and microservices.
  • Prompt Engineering: Develop prompt strategies and evaluate prompt robustness; implement few/zero-shot approaches where relevant.
  • RAG Pipelines: Build retrieval + generation (RAG) pipelines with vector DBs.
  • Deployment: Deploy model endpoints, containerize with Docker, and collaborate on cloud deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Experience with SpaCy, NLTK, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Fine-tuning and optimizing open-source models.
  • Integrating LLM APIs into real-time applications.
  • Knowledge of embeddings, attention, tokenization, and vector similarity.
  • Experience with vector DBs such as FAISS, Weaviate, or Pinecone.
