About the Role

This is a Design Delivery position within our new Mumbai office, integrated into our global delivery model.

  • Work under senior architects/project leaders guidance.
  • Participate in design development, BIM-based documentation, and construction detailing.
  • Support projects in India as well as collaborate on international assignments across Europe and Latin America.

Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or contribute significantly to project planning, design, detailing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with global teams using BIM/Revit platforms to ensure consistent design delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian codes, local bylaws, and global best practices.
  • Prepare design presentations, drawings, and reports for client meetings.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members.
  • Oversee construction documentation and collaborate with contractors/consultants during execution phases.
  • Contribute to quality assurance reviews and implementation of global technical standards.
Preferred Professional Experience
  • Demonstrated Revit proficiency (essential).
  • Experience across at least two project stages.
  • Exposure to commercial sectors highly valued.
  • Previous work experience with international client organizations or global design firms desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology, detailing, and Indian building codes.
  • For senior candidates: proven ability to manage deliverables, coordinate teams, and engage with clients.
Other Requirements
  • Indian resident, available to work full-time on-site in Mumbai.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Available to join within 3 months of offer.
  • Proficiency in design software (Revit mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to operate in a global studio environment.
