About the Role:

We seek an exceptional Lead DevSecOps Engineer who is passionate about blending cloud infrastructure, security tooling, and automation into a robust developer and security platform. Your responsibilities will include securing Kubernetes clusters, managing AWS services, streamlining security pipelines, and eliminating vulnerabilities.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in production-grade environments and prioritizes both scalability and security.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and secure core AWS services.
  • Collaborate with Infosec to recommend and implement security best practices.
  • Partner with Application and Infrastructure teams to understand their SecOps requirements.
  • Identify security gaps and drive initiatives to strengthen overall security posture.
  • Implement best practices for Kubernetes/EKS clusters.
  • Manage AWS security tools.
  • Security Harden and maintain next-gen firewalls and their integration into our AWS workloads.
  • Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines to enforce quality gates.
  • Set up and tune CSPM and SIEM platforms, and deploy WAF solutions for active threat detection and mitigation.
  • Build secure automation workflows using Linux fundamentals, scripting, and IaC for repeatable, auditable infrastructure.

What You Need:

  • 6-10 years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Platform Engineering.
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS core and security services.
  • Experience managing and securing Kubernetes/EKS workloads.
  • Solid understanding of AWS networking and security fundamentals.
  • Practical knowledge of CSPM, SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF solutions, and firewall appliances.
  • Familiarity with code quality and security scanning tools.
  • Strong fundamentals in Linux/Unix, scripting, and cloud automation.
