Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for product packaging, promotional materials, social media, and presentations.
- Create engaging and creative visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive and compelling content for various campaigns.
- Develop and adapt assets for digital and print platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
- Evaluate designs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards relevant to food products for children.
- Manage multiple design projects and coordinate deadlines effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with graphic design trends, children's media, and FMCG industry developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a visual communications specialist (FMCG or food sector experience is highly preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing product packaging, branding, and campaign work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW); animation and video editing.
- Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and child-friendly design principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to conceptualize, adapt designs for various formats, and manage feedback constructively.
