Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to help us create visually appealing and engaging design assets. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing design concepts that drive customer engagement and conversions.

You will work closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams to produce digital assets and web designs. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating responsive layouts for e-commerce pages, designing landing pages, infographics, website banners, and graphics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing UI/UX for e-commerce websites and contributing to visual improvements
  • Creating wireframes and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and improvements
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all design assets, ensuring our visual identity is cohesive and recognizable
  • Optimizing product images for web use to ensure fast loading times and high-quality visuals
Requirements & Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 0 to 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the e-commerce industry
  • Strong understanding of creative aspects of digital marketing
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design work
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for web and mobile
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
