Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Professional to lead and manage quality assurance functions across our shipbuilding operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, classification societies, and customer requirements.
  • Oversee QA teams to conduct inspections, audits, and testing throughout all phases of ship construction.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Project Management teams to identify quality issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage inspection and test plans for each vessel under construction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including QA procedures, non-conformance reports, and quality records.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance within the shipbuilding, offshore, or heavy marine fabrication industry.
  • Proven track record of managing QA/QC teams in a shipyard environment.
