Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Actively interact with community members on social media, forums, and other platforms to foster engagement, answer queries, and address concerns. Develop strategies to increase participation and visibility.
  • Content Development: Create and curate engaging content, including posts, blogs, and newsletters, tailored to the community's interests. Utilize analytics software to track performance and adjust content accordingly.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute community-focused events such as webinars, meetups, and live sessions to increase participation and visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Feedback Management: Gather and analyze feedback from community members to provide actionable insights to the internal team. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Platform Moderation: Monitor and moderate discussions on various platforms to ensure a positive and respectful environment. Establish and enforce community guidelines.
  • Community Growth: Identify opportunities to expand the community by engaging with potential members and collaborating with influencers or partners. Develop strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track community engagement metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related role.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, community tools, and analytics software.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging content.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
