Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Tech Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and scaling of fintech platforms. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership ability, and passion for leveraging technology to create meaningful impact in financial inclusion.

  • Develop comprehensive designs, architectures, and builds of fintech products and platforms.
  • Drive strategic decision-making and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with product, business, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, best practices, and timely delivery of product features.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability for the roadmap.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and financial systems.
  • Establish and maintain DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure practices.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
