We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Developer Leader to spearhead our technology initiatives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced software development leader to join our team and drive innovation in PHP application development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex PHP applications using MVC frameworks such as Laminas (Zend), Laravel, or Symphony.
  • Coding Excellence
  • Write high-quality, efficient, and readable code that meets industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
  • Code Quality
  • Develop unit tests and integrate them into the development workflow to ensure code quality and stability.
  • Legacy System Management
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases, including legacy systems with 50+ modules.
  • Communication
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members through verbal and written English skills.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in PHP development, with expertise in version 8.x.
  • Strong understanding of PHP language fundamentals, including syntax, semantics, and best practices.
  • Experience working with complex legacy code bases, including ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of code quality principles and ability to make informed programming decisions.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
