Workforce Development Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic workforce development manager to lead all HR functions within our organization.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have a strong understanding of both operational and strategic HR operations.

This role plays a vital part in maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workforce planning, talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding strategies
  • Lead and develop effective HR policies and procedures that support business objectives
  • Maintain accurate employee records (HRIS, personnel files, etc.)
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
  • Oversee training and development programs for employees
  • Collaborate with management to promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7-10 years of HR management experience with expertise in workforce development and talent management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
