As a seasoned Websphere Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's middleware infrastructure.

  • Design and manage deployment / change pipelines leveraging CI / CD methodologies
  • Embrace flexible work schedules, including shifts, weekends, after hours, and on-call support

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, effective stakeholder management abilities, and analytical problem-solving prowess.

Requirements:
  • Profound UNIX and shell scripting knowledge is essential
  • Mastery of middleware products, particularly WAS/MQ
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools, specifically Jenkins and GITHUB
  • Hands-on experience with Control-M and Connect Direct
  • Strategic CI/CD pipeline management expertise
  • Adaptability and flexibility in work arrangements
