We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Production Specialist.

About the Role:

This position plays a critical role in providing client fulfillment and production support for our Global Data Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for shadowing and assisting a Lead Production Team member, performing administrative tasks, and learning the role of a production lead.

As the role progresses, responsibilities will expand to managing production for assigned products from start-to-finish, performing checks to validate deliverables, customer service, troubleshooting user/tool issues, and working on ad-hoc production projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve new or renewal clients, respond to delivery inquiries, and cross-check sources to ensure accuracy across all records
  • Coordinate product deliveries and deadlines between related product lines based in and outside of the USA
  • Provide internal customers with support as needed
  • Work proactively with Analyst Teams to ensure operational processes meet or exceed established metric fulfillment targets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or other relevant fields
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
  • 95%+ English writing and speaking skill level
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Administrating or supporting product management and online client delivery
  • Knowledge and experience of fulfillment and client delivery methodology
  • Advanced computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
