Job Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled AI Application Engineer to join our high-impact team in building AI-powered language intelligence, conversational automation and document intelligence stacks.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong engineer who develops ML applications, works with our existing AI/ML stack and interfaces with our customers on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience directly working with customers and be able to interact with them frequently.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI/ML powered solutions for enterprises using our ExperienceOS micro-engagement Platform.
  • Collaborate with our AI Lab team to design and implement LLM-powered, multi-skilled AI agents for intelligent document processing and conversational AI applications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Architects, Developers, Testers and Machine Learning Engineers.
  • Provide technical support to clients by identifying their requirements and translating them into detailed solutions.
  • Leverage various ML models and agents within our LLM stack to deliver compelling digital experiences.
  • Partner with DevOps, QA and other teams to ensure successful program delivery.

You'll also play a key role in educating our customers/Solution Consultants about the various AI capabilities within our platform through technical enablement sessions.
