Chief People Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
• Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
• Manage employee benefits, payroll, and time-off requests

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition. Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management is also essential.

Knowledge of HR Policies Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws is required. Experience with Payroll Management, Employee Benefits Administration, and proficiency in HR software is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is mandatory. A Master's degree or HR certification is an added advantage.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Godhra.
