Key Job Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Recruitment and Development of Agents
  • Meeting Business Targets through Effective Planning and Execution
  • Fostering Customer Centricity through Proactive Sales Practices

Key Responsibilities include:

Agent Recruitment
  • Develop diverse sources of agent hiring and build a team of agents and agent pipeline
  • Conduct activities to enhance existing agent footfall and generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring
  • Implement effective recruitment processes and adhere to business norms
Agent Development
  • Ensure comprehensive product knowledge through MNYL training methods
  • Develop agent prospecting habits, calling habits, and work habits
  • Work with agents on planning and reviewing activities and goals, identifying training needs, and improving them through collaboration with trainers
Meet Business Targets
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans
  • Enhance agent productivity and persistency through regular performance reviews and improvement initiatives
  • Ensure company product mix sales ratios and adhere to business norms
  • Maintain agent proactivity as per business plan
Customer Centricity
  • Be an ambassador for the brand and a customer champion
  • Follow MNYL sales practices to develop deep customer loyalty
  • Hold periodical customer meets to understand customer pulse and needs
  • Respond to customer queries satisfactorily according to MNYL standards
