Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-value projects for the Renal Care System software portfolio.
- Provide technical expertise in software development, project management, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with program managers, project leads, and architects to achieve project goals and balance strategic software organization objectives.
- Develop and implement software projects using Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Manage project risks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure thoroughness in dealing with details.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in software project/program management involving enterprise, IT, regulatory, security, product life cycle, and marketing.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of software architectures, tools, and technologies, including real-time operating systems, embedded-C/C++, and design modeling tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, handling risks, and driving closure on product/program-related decisions.
