Digital Client Success Manager

We are E2M, a leading White Label Digital Agency driving innovation and growth in the industry. Our team is comprised of over 300 experienced professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional results.
As a highly dynamic and enthusiastic Client Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
The ideal candidate will possess IT Product/Service Division experience and have a proven track record of managing successful web design and development projects. They will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for E2M clients
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensuring exceptional customer experience through timely and effective communication
- Capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to the project management and development teams
- Efficiently managing time to focus on essential activities that drive customer satisfaction, account renewal, and growth
- Developing and sharing best practices with team members to continually improve processes
- Maintaining a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
- Overseeing client accounts from a delivery perspective and providing strategic guidance to build relationships
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- 2-4 years of experience at a creative, digital marketing, or web design/development agency
- Prior experience handling/delivering projects in web and eCommerce technologies (WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and BigCommerce) is an added advantage
- A passion for great work and the process + strategies to drive it
- Knowledge of web technologies and digital marketing (no coding experience is required)
- A track record of managing successful web design and development projects
- Experience in project management and collaboration software (Basecamp, ClickUp, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, and to deliver on detail as well as strategy
- A proven track record working with Sales, Pre-sales, and Account Managers to deliver client services effectively
