Business Partner for Strategic Growth

Our team is seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with business stakeholders and provide expert guidance on complex agreements, ensuring that our interests are protected.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to navigate statutory compliances across various locations, analyze risks, and advise on mitigation strategies.

The role involves:

  • Agreements: Drafting, structuring, vetting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements in line with business understanding, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation.
  • Statutory Compliances: Reviewing statutory compliances at various locations, suggesting remedial measures, and working with concerned stakeholders to implement timely solutions.
  • Risk Mitigation: Analyzing risks involved and advising on mitigating liabilities for the company.
  • Advisory: Providing expert advice to stakeholders on various issues.

Educational Qualifications

  • LL.B. / LL.M.

Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)

  • Drafting, vetting, and negotiating various agreements within India and cross-border.
  • Exposure to Statutory Compliances, Litigation, and Intellectual Property law would be advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills, including the ability to draft high-quality agreements and documents.
  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
