About the Role

This is a full-time position for a skilled physiotherapist located in Bengaluru. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with various physical impairments, disabilities, or limitations. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, educating patients on exercises and lifestyle changes, and documenting patient progress.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, incorporating manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy as needed
  • Provide education and guidance to patients on rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle modifications
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy methods and best practices through ongoing education and professional development
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Current physiotherapy license and registration
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Previous clinical experience is highly desirable but not essential
