System Architect - Middleware

We are looking for a seasoned System Architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the middleware architecture that supports our enterprise applications.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the high availability, scalability, and performance of our WebSphere Application Server environments. You will work closely with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for WebSphere applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement middleware architecture that supports enterprise applications
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of WebSphere Application Server environments
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for WebSphere applications
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a WebSphere Administrator with Level 3 support responsibilities
  • Expertise in installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting of WebSphere Application Server in enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of working in both Windows and Linux environments
  • Proficiency in scripting languages for automation (Shell scripting, Python, Ansible)
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and techniques for WebSphere Application Server
