About this role: We are seeking a talented Growth Analyst to join our team of experts in mobile app and SaaS growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cohort Analysis: Conduct comprehensive cohort analysis using data from various sources to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and acquisition channels.
Growth Metrics Calculation
  • Calculate and monitor key growth metrics including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Investment (ROI), ROAS, payback periods, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Attribution Modeling
  • Build and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation across channels.
Data Engineering
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process large datasets for analytical purposes.
SQL Query Development
  • Develop complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.
Dashboards Creation
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders.
A/B Testing Framework Design
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
Client Collaboration
  • Partner with client teams (marketing, product, finance) to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.
Market Research
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance.
Predictive Modeling
  • Create predictive models to forecast user behavior, revenue projections, and campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis.
  • Advanced experience with creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
