Job Role and Responsibilities:- Design and develop a range of men's apparel, including kurtas, shirts, t-shirts, and bottoms, that showcase our brand's unique aesthetic.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to translate creative direction into production-ready designs that meet our quality standards.
- Contribute to sample development, vendor coordination, and material sourcing to ensure seamless execution of designs.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in fashion design, preferably in men's apparel.
- Strong sketching and design development skills, with an emphasis on creativity and originality.
- Knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and sourcing processes, with the ability to identify high-quality materials.
- Familiarity with garment construction techniques and finishing standards, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field, although not required, is highly valued.
