Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Database Professional to design, implement and maintain mission-critical databases.

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in database administration and best practices.
  • Install, configure and maintain database management systems.
  • Monitor database performance and optimize it for better results.
  • Develop and maintain backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes.
  • Evaluate security protocols, data protection and compliance measures.
  • Collaborate with teams to provide solutions and support critical business applications.
  • Assist in developing database policies and procedures.
  • Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key organizational initiatives.

About the Role:

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MongoDB administration.
  • A strong understanding of database design principles and best practices.
  • Expertise in backup, recovery and replication strategies.
  • Familiarity with query optimization and database performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of database security protocols and data protection measures.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Broad exposure to NoSQL and relational database systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based database deployments.
  • Knowledge of DevOps automation for database administration.
