Job Title: Strategic Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Architect to lead our digital transformation efforts. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and communicating a comprehensive business architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organization through innovative and effective enterprise architecture strategies. You will work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Communicate Business Architecture Strategy: Create and communicate a comprehensive business architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders: Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
  • Drive Digital Transformation: Lead and govern the digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
  • Evaluate Technology Platforms: Evaluate and select technology platforms/solutions that align with enterprise architecture strategy.
  • Expertise in EA Tools and Certifications: Experience in any EAM tool and EA certifications (e.g. TOGAF) is preferable.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Cross-Domain Knowledge: Strong cross-domain knowledge and expertise in core functions like HR, Supply Chain, Procurement.
  • Domain Expertise: In-depth domain understanding in one of the domains such as Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, BFS.
  • Process Re-Engineering: Deep expertise in process re-engineering and process mining.
  • Technology Expertise: Fair knowledge of GenAI, Cloud Computing, Data & Analytics, DevSecOps, Business Application portfolio rationalization, Application Modernization, Containerization, APIs etc.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
