Key Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance process.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products as per company standards at optimal cost. This includes implementing and reviewing the Food Safety and Quality Management System, complying with statutory requirements and regulations, and assuring all products conform to specifications through supply chain to consumer processes.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Develop and implement effective quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure that all suppliers meet quality and safety standards.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
