This is a challenging opportunity to work in our team as a Neuro Behaviour Specialist. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with medical professionals to assess and diagnose patients with neurological disorders, develop treatment plans, and provide supportive therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions using standardized tests and diagnostic tools.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions to patients incorporating cognitive-behavioral techniques relaxation methods and other approaches as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care ensure continuity of services and make referrals when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress treatment outcomes and follow-up appointments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research best practices and guidelines in neuro psychology incorporating new knowledge into clinical practice.
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Neuro Psychology or related field from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure or registration to practice as a psychologist in the designated state or region.
- Strong understanding of human behaviour cognitive processes and emotional regulation.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
