Global Onboarding:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding onboarding in various regions.

Policy Formulation and Implementation:

  • Design, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistency and compliance across global operations.
  • Review and update policies regularly to reflect changes in the business environment, laws, and best practices.

Benefits and Compensation:
