Lead Civil Engineering Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in ensuring the timely execution of expansion plans.

As Head - Project, you will oversee the construction, fit out of new facilities and related works, and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for design approvals and material procurement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by vendors in line with management-approved parameters.
  • Oversee civil and interior works across all company offices/branches and showrooms for renovation or new construction.
  • Plan manpower allocation to all sites for construction.
  • Review progress regularly and adopt best-practices to ensure quality standards.
