**Job Role:**

We seek a seasoned Corporate Governance Specialist to oversee compliance, regulatory affairs, and corporate documentation.

  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, and other applicable Corporate laws.
  • Board & Committee Support: Organize, conduct, and document Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.

  • Compliance Review: Conduct thorough reviews for accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to legal requirements.

  • Corporate Governance: Implement best practices in corporate governance and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Liaison & Coordination: Communicate with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and external consultants for compliance-related matters.
  • Document Drafting: Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, MOUs, policies, and other corporate legal documents.
  • Training & Support: Guide junior team members and relevant departments on secretarial and regulatory requirements.

**Key Skills & Competencies:**

  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other applicable corporate laws.
  • Excellent drafting, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple compliance requirements and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in compliance review and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MCA and other regulatory e-filing platforms.
