Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our quick commerce efforts, driving growth and revenue through effective go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for The Sleep Company's portfolio on quick commerce platforms, maximizing category penetration and operational service level agreements.
  • Own revenue targets, category penetration, and operational service level agreements across all quick commerce channels.
  • Collaborate with platform partners to develop joint business plans, including category mapping, assortment expansion, co-branded campaigns, and margin negotiations.

Product & Pricing:

  • Curate quick commerce-ready stock-keeping units in collaboration with product and supply chain teams, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Lead pricing strategy and promotional planning to drive conversion while maintaining profitability.

Platform & Partner Management:

  • Manage relationships with category managers, platform growth teams, and operations stakeholders to ensure merchandising, visibility, and demand generation.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with platforms, analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for growth.

Supply Chain & Operations:

  • Forecast demand and ensure inventory fill-rates with real-time replenishment plans, minimizing cancellations and out-of-stock situations.
  • Collaborate with warehousing and third-party logistics partners for order fulfillment and delivery turnaround time optimization.

Marketing & Visibility:

  • Partner with brand and performance marketing teams to run awareness, trial, and recall campaigns specific to quick commerce audiences.
  • Monitor return on ad spend, conversions, and campaign effectiveness at a stock-keeping unit and city level.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Build and maintain dashboards for revenue, margins, platform returns on investment, cancellations, and service levels.
  • Identify growth opportunities through consumer, market, and competitive insights, informing data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer category management.
  • Proven experience working with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-ownership environments.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and platforms like Power BI / Tableau.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
