Job Overview

  • Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Growth Manager to spearhead our Quick Commerce strategy. This role involves defining and executing go-to-market plans across various Q-commerce platforms, with a focus on revenue growth, category penetration, and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will curate Q-commerce-ready SKUs in collaboration with product and supply chain teams, develop pricing strategies, and plan promotional activities to drive conversions while maintaining profitability.

Key responsibilities include forecasting demand, ensuring inventory fill-rates through real-time replenishment plans, and collaborating with warehousing and 3PL partners for order fulfillment and delivery optimization.

This role also involves partnering with brand and performance marketing teams to run awareness, trial, and recall campaigns tailored to Q-commerce audiences. The candidate will monitor key performance indicators such as ROAS, conversions, and campaign effectiveness at the SKU and city levels.

Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards for revenue, margins, platform ROIs, cancellations, and service levels, as well as identifying growth opportunities through consumer, market, and competitive insights.

  • Requirements:

A minimum of 3–6 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, or D2C category management is required. Proven experience working with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc. is a must. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.

An analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, and platforms like PowerBI / Tableau are essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also necessary for success in this role.
