We're looking for individuals who can drive the seamless transition of IT systems and data from existing environments to modernized SAP S4 systems. As an xBT Transition & Migration Management Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating this process, ensuring efficiency, security, and effectiveness.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive transition plans in collaboration with project stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Define transition objectives, scope, and deliverables, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability within the transition team.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the migration team, ensuring consistency to best practices and standards.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with migration activities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish quality assurance measures to validate data integrity, system functionality, and performance post-migration.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale migration projects within complex IT environments.
• Extensive knowledge of migration methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Superb communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interface optimally with collaborators at all levels.
