Job Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent Floor Operations Manager to support our academic operations team. This role involves managing daily classroom activities, ensuring discipline and assisting faculty members in their teaching endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrive before classes to set up equipment (laptop, projector, mic, etc.) and ensure a smooth learning environment
  • Distribute class materials and handouts on time, promoting timely access to resources
  • Take and maintain accurate student attendance records, if required, facilitating efficient tracking
  • Support invigilation of both online and offline tests, maintaining the integrity of assessments
  • Maintain discipline and decorum in classrooms and common areas, creating a respectful atmosphere
  • Assist faculty in running sessions smoothly, including AV support and basic tech troubleshooting, enhancing the learning experience
  • Coordinate with IT or operations teams in case of equipment or software issues, resolving technical concerns promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of classrooms before and after sessions, ensuring a comfortable learning space

The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized and eager to work in an education-focused environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum: Graduation degree from a recognized institution
  • Freshers welcome; prior experience in academic operations or the education sector is highly valued
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets) for efficient data management
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with faculty and students
  • Ability to handle routine technical issues (AV setup, minor troubleshooting) to minimize disruptions
  • Professionalism, punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility to deliver high-quality results
